Q When and where can we see the cars?
A Our 'Gems' are on continual display in our Canalside Coach House showroom and a convenient time to view can be arranged with a quick phone call or by email
Q Why don't you show rates on your website ?
A No two weddings are the same. Whilst we work from a basic pricing matrix we believe in quoting a bespoke rate with no hidden charges. This allows us to offer discounted rates and packages to suit each individual requirement once we have had time to discuss these with the customer.
Q How long do you allow before extra charges apply?
A There are no extra charges. Our time is your time and the rate we quote is the rate you pay
Q If we enquire about a date how can we be assured you won't double book?
A Once you ask us to issue a quotation contract your date is held for 14 days from the date on the form
Q What deposit do you require to confirm our booking?
A We require a £75 per car deposit within 14 days of issuing our quotation contract to secure your booking
Q The ceremony and the reception are located at the same venue, can we still use the cars for our photographs after the ceremony?
A Of course you can, in fact we can take the happy couple for a short 'Champagne Drive' so that they can enjoy a few moments in each other's company before the celebrations commence
